Refund Policy:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with any item/s you have purchased from this website, please return the item/s to Troy Ohlson at the return address listed on your Invoice/Packing List within 28 days and she will refund your payment within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item/s.
Refunds will be made via PayPal (or by cheque if requested in the UK only).
Your Statutory Rights (UK) are not affected.

Product Services/Price List:
All my prints are hand signed and numbered. All prints are lightfast and printed using archival lighfast pigmented inks on archival paper. Edition lengths vary from 10 to 100 per edition. The length of the edition for a particular giclee or Digital Original will be listed with the full details of each image (size, price, etc.)
Giclee prices range from £20 - £200
Giclee collages on handpainted canvas prices range from £50 - £300
Digital Original prices range from £30 - £200
Original Etching prices range from £30 - £200
Original Painting prices range from £100 - £1,000 (with most being within the £100 - £500 range)

Delivery Policy:
When the online shopping facility of this website is finished, postage and packing will be automatically added to your purchase total when you go to the checkout page. It will be shown as a separate item on the page and is based on the value of your order

Privacy Policy:
Rest assured that I will NOT store any of your credit card details. All payments whether online or by phone are made using PayPal's secure payment sytems.
The only details I need are the official details of your payment as listed in my PayPal account which, of course, comply with all UK financial details Privacy Policy Laws.

Cancellation Policy:
As the 'Buy Now/Add to Cart' buttons are created for each image/piece of artwork on this site pressing them does not commit you to a purchase until you click the final 'Confirm Purchase' button.
