Colour Atmosphere Expression
Troy lives in the lovely seaside city of Brighton on the south coast of the UK
Sunshine and bird song pour in from the garden as she creates in her little glass roofed studio
Enjoying the process of creation by experimenting and innovating keeps my work fresh and exciting.
As a both a Painter/Printmaker and Designer-Maker, I blur the boundaries between the two artistic disciplines. I combine my expertise in tradional Fine Art techniques will my insatiable curiosity to push boundaries and explore the unexpected to create unique and evocative Art.
I add collage, watercolour, acrylic, and gilding to my Paintings, Etchings, Collagraphs and Fine Art Giclèe prints. The influence of my medium of choice plays an important part in determining the character of the final piece.
In 2009 I illustrated a book written by a collector of my work which has been published to worldwide acclaim.
In May 2022 I was Highly Commended as Gemini Print AOH Artist of the Year Finalist.
My work has been featured in Sussex Life, Brighton Journal, Arty Magazine, Brighton & Hove Life and many others.

My expertise in Fine Art Giclèe printing is well recognized - I am the contributing author on the process of Giclèe Printing in the highly acclaimed printmaking encyclopedia 'Traditional and Contemporary Printmaking Techniques'.
My Fine Art Giclèe Prints are of extremely high quality.
I control the entire creative process from creation through to printing every print in my studio on my professional Gallery Quality printer on fabulous specialist Archival Art Paper using professional lightfast pigment ink.
Each of my new A2 collection is on Somerset Velvet 100% cotton Fine Art paper by St Cuthbert's Mill.
Luscious Landscapes
Splashes of richly pigmented paint, textural collage, bold sgraffito, sculptural impasto, layers of gossamer glazes and evocative touches of delicate detail combine to capture the atmosphere, the essence, the timeless beauty and joy of the countryside.
Sand, Sea and Sky
All my life I've lived by the sea around the world: on the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica, on the Gold Coast of West Africa, beside the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas and on the New England Connecticut Coast, before choosing Brighton with it's famous pebble beach and the beautiful South Downs nearby as my home.
I paint beautiful atmospheric seascapes, dramatic skies and gorgeous golden beaches. Touches of gold and sparkling mica flakes create movement and light.
Echoes and flavours of time spent living on the Gold Coast of West Africa and in the Caribbean enrich my work.
Wonderful Wildlife
My wildlife paintings are full of character and expression. Their personalities shine, touching your heart as they make you smile.
By contrasting bold expressive brush strokes with intricate detail I bring the animals to life and create the atmosphere of their worlds.
Beautiful Buildings
While layers of collage and paint dry on my paintings, I explore painting into my Original Photographs with my digital Art Brush on my Wacom Tablet creating evocative Original Digital Art.
I control the entire creative process from taking the Original Photograph, painting into it to create exciting Original Digital Art, through to printing every print in my studio on my professional Gallery quality printer on fabulous specialist Archival Art Paper.
